  Design to Rollout: Staffing Tech at Scale

Led the design, testing, and successful rollout of a new front office application for a $23B specialized staffing firm. Played a key role in defining business requirements and shaping functionality to drive user adoption and operational efficiency.

Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the application aligned with end-user needs and strategic goals. Following the design phase, developed and deployed comprehensive training materials to support a seamless rollout across the U.S. and Canada, resulting in improved productivity and system utilization across the organization.

Designed and implementation of a strategic roadmap and operational infrastructure to support post-merger growth in alignment with C-suite directives. 
Built out scalable sales and delivery systems to accelerate integration and expansion efforts.

 Successfully developed and optimized a comprehensive delivery strategy across 10 teams and over 60 employees, ensuring alignment with client needs and maximizing wallet share. This initiative led to significant improvements in operational excellence, performance optimization, client growth, and strategic impact. Key achievements include increasing year-over-year fill ratios for VMS clients nationwide, enhancing performance across 50+ retail branches, and improving weekly fill rates through KPI-driven activities and targeted candidate pipelines. Additionally, the strategy expanded wallet share in 60% of top target accounts during periods of high internal staff turnover, implemented agile team structures, and saved top client.

Future-Ready Delivery Model

Led the development, design, and implementation of a new delivery model for all North American operations, transforming the candidate delivery process to be faster, more accurate, and more client-centric.

This comprehensive overhaul streamlined workflows, reduced delays and errors through automation, and improved overall efficiency. By centralizing logistics data and enhancing communication, the model provided greater transparency and responsiveness, strengthening client trust.

This integration of digital tools enabled personalized service and multichannel engagement, making the delivery experience more flexible and accessible. These strategic enhancements significantly boosted client satisfaction and solidified stronger, more reliable relationships.
