Her career has been defined by a passion for people, process, and progress — blending industry insight with bold innovation.  Deb launched Triggerfish Consulting in 2015, leveraging her decades of experience to help organizations evolve through smarter technology, sharper strategies, and stronger teams. As CEO of Triggerfish Solutions, she continues to push boundaries — building platforms that empower users, streamline workflows, and eliminate the noise that stifles productivity. Her journey began with a project role leading the implementation of the first ATS/CRM system for a $20 billion specialty firm. That pivotal moment sparked a lifelong fascination with tools that don’t just manage work but elevate it. Today, Deb is known for fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and clarity — always with an eye on what’s next
