Led the design, testing, and successful rollout of a new front office application for a $23B specialized staffing firm. Played a key role in defining business requirements and shaping functionality to drive user adoption and operational efficiency.

Key achievements include increasing year-over-year fill ratios for VMS clients nationwide, enhancing performance across 50+ retail branches, and improving weekly fill rates through KPI-driven activities and targeted candidate pipelines. Additionally, the strategy expanded wallet share in 60% of top target accounts during periods of high internal staff turnover, implemented agile team structures, and saved top client.
