The Triggerfish Story 

Let’s dive right in. Triggerfish Solutions was founded in 2015 with a singular mission: to reimagine the staffing industry. Leveraging more than 60 years of collective experience, our powerhouse team of visionary women recognizes the intricate challenges staffing companies face today. The traditional art of our craft has been eroded over time, and we’re here to change that. After a decade of providing infrastructure design and tech rollouts, our team is prepared to take the industry to a new level of innovation. 

Triggerfish is at the forefront of developing a next-gen CRM/ATS solution tailored specifically to our industry. Early in her career, Triggerfish Solutions Founder and CEO Deb DeCamp led an implementation team responsible for the first ATS/CRM for a $20 billion international staffing company. This experience ignited her passion for technology tools that enable and simplify, rather than distract and complicate. “I’m surprised that our industry still struggles to find one technology that can align and streamline the critical functions between candidate and contact management. I’ve never understood how organizations see value in having sales and recruiting in two separate tools,” Deb continues. “There is so much power in the connections between candidate history and experience and the sales approach.” It was this pivotal revelation that inspired Deb to build a target management platform that seamlessly combines customer management and applicant tracking.
